Scholar Rock granted equity awards covering 61,020 shares to seven newly hired employees under its 2022 Inducement Equity Plan. Options covering 17,461 shares vest 25% on each employee’s first start-date anniversary and the rest in 12 equal quarterly installments; restricted stock units covering 43,559 shares vest in four equal annual installments. All awards require continued service through the applicable vesting date.
