S&P Global Mobility Completes Leadership Team with BCG’s Martin Metzker for Mid-2026 Spin-off
Martin Metzker, a 20-year BCG veteran, was appointed Chief Strategy Officer of S&P Global Mobility, overseeing strategy, communications and enterprise marketing. This appointment completes Mobility Global’s executive leadership team ahead of its planned mid-2026 separation into a standalone public company.
1. Appointment of Chief Strategy Officer
Effective immediately, Martin Metzker joins S&P Global Mobility as Chief Strategy Officer, taking charge of the business’s strategy function and leading communications and enterprise marketing in preparation for its standalone launch.
2. Executive Leadership Team Finalized
Metzker’s hiring completes the formation of Mobility Global’s executive leadership team, joining CEO Bill Eager, Presidents Joe Lafeir and Scott Fredericks, CFO Matt Calderone, CLO Tasha Matharu, CIO Joedy Lenz and CPO Larissa Cerqueira.
3. Planned Spin-off Timeline
S&P Global expects to separate Mobility Global into a publicly traded company by mid-2026, subject to board approval, regulatory clearances and the SEC declaring the Form 10 registration statement effective.
