TOYO Names 30-Year Finance Veteran Yasunari Harada as CFO and Director
TOYO•Effective July 1, TOYO appointed Yasunari Harada, a finance veteran with over 30 years at Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas and Société Générale, as CFO and board director, replacing Taewoo “Raymond” Chung. Harada will lead capital markets engagement, investor relations and refine the company’s financial strategy.

TOYO announced the appointment of Yasunari Harada as Chief Financial Officer and director of the company, effective July 1, 2026. Harada succeeds Taewoo “Raymond” Chung, who resigned effective June 30, ending his tenure overseeing the company’s financial operations.
2. Harada’s Professional Background
Harada brings over three decades of senior leadership experience in global finance, including roles as Vice President at Morgan Stanley Securities, Executive Director at BNP Paribas Securities and Managing Director & Head of Financial Institutions at Société Générale Securities in Tokyo. He has served on multiple boards across Asia and holds a bachelor of law degree from Kyushu University.

In his new role, Harada will focus on strengthening TOYO’s financial discipline, refining capital markets engagement and enhancing investor relations.
