Venu appointed NFL Hall of Famer Troy Aikman as national spokesperson for its $300 million Luxe FireSuite Triple Net real estate portfolio, which has generated over $250 million in sales. The offering features an 11% cap rate, 2% annual escalations, 15-year lease, and buyout options at years 5, 10 and 15.

Venu named Troy Aikman as national spokesperson for its Luxe FireSuite Triple Net real estate portfolio, building on his roles as shareholder, FireSuite owner and namesake of the exclusive Aikman Club at Sunset Amphitheaters in Texas and Oklahoma.

The structured real estate offering spans $300 million and is backed by a corporate guarantee, providing an 11% cap rate, 2% annual rental escalations, a 15-year lease with zero landlord responsibilities, contract-backed passive income and buyout options at years 5, 10 and 15.
3. Portfolio Performance and Expansion
The FireSuite program has generated over $250 million in sales and will launch nationwide in the coming weeks. Amphitheaters under development include sites in Broken Arrow, El Paso, McKinney and Houston, with a long-term target of up to 40 locations.
