VMARVMAR

At the Miami Boat Show, Nautical Ventures' Watersports Division posted revenue within 5% of the prior year despite lower unit sales, as average transaction values rose on premium electric watersports products. Vision Marine integrated E-Motion™ propulsion boats with electric watercraft in Florida showrooms and displays, strengthening its vertically integrated mobility ecosystem.

1. Miami Boat Show Performance

Nautical Ventures' Watersports Division recorded gross revenue within 5% of last year's total despite lower unit volumes at the Miami show. This performance reflected higher average transaction values and strong demand for premium electric watersports products.

2. Premium Electric Product Mix

Customers shifted toward higher-ticket electric watercraft, boosting average transaction values even as unit sales declined. Premium electric watersports platforms accounted for a larger share of transactions compared to the prior year, signaling growing consumer interest in electric mobility.

3. Vertically Integrated Electric Ecosystem

Vision Marine has integrated its E-Motion™ high-voltage propulsion system with premium electric watercraft across its Florida Nautical Ventures showrooms, waterfront displays and dealer activations. By embedding these products within financing, insurance and service infrastructure, the company is reinforcing its vertically integrated electric mobility ecosystem.
