GLD•Amundi Physical Metals priced a 75,000-security tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC, scheduled to settle Oct. 1, 2026. The issuance would bring the series to 80,062,899 securities, with estimated net proceeds of $12.37 million.

The tranche’s metal entitlement was set at 0.03960766 fine troy ounces per security on the subscription trade date, compared with 0.04 ounces at launch. It has a 0.12% annual total expense ratio and a nominal amount of $5.085 per security. Trading applications cover major European venues and the London Stock Exchange.
