Apogee Enterprises Q2 sales ease past estimates; annual outlook lifted
APOG•Apogee Enterprises reported Q2 net sales of $391.1 million and adjusted diluted EPS of $1.17, beating analyst estimates of $359.46 million and $0.63. It raised fiscal 2027 sales guidance to $1.46 billion-$1.50 billion and adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $3.00-$3.40.

Apogee Enterprises said Q2 net sales rose 9.2% to $391.1 million, above the $359.46 million analyst estimate. Adjusted diluted EPS was $1.17, beating the $0.63 estimate; net income was $22.4 million and EPS was $1.07.
2. Raised outlook
The company raised its fiscal 2027 net sales outlook to $1.46 billion-$1.50 billion from $1.38 billion-$1.43 billion, and adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $3.00-$3.40 from $2.70-$3.25. It expects about $15 million in interest expense and $35 million-$40 million in capital expenditures. Apogee said Q2 sales growth reflected the Kalwall acquisition, higher prices and favorable mix, partly offset by lower volume.
